Evolution Dance Studio’s purpose is to provide and develop talent through a safe and positive arts environment with creativity and commitment from our dancers. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Schedule classes and send classes updates to clients/parents. Give clients a call about updates to classes.

  • Do survey calls and collect and administer surveys.

  • Answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner.

  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all time.

  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing system.

  • Coordinating schedule, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.

  • Operating copy equipment, fax machine, printer or other equipment necessary.

  • Some tasks include project management.

  • Management of studio email address. Being able to respond to enquiries directly.

  • Deleting spam.

  • Adding all contacts to chosen database (i.e. Excel or software)

  • Managing the studio master diary. Set up Google Calendar for this.

 

Virtual Administrative Assistant Skill Qualifications

  • Good organization, time management and scheduling skills.

  • Experiencing using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets.

  • Highly organized, good attention to details, and ability to multitask.

  • Strong communication skills.
